About Me

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Lindsey Taylor, LPC-S.

My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based care and a person-centered counseling style, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Sand Tray Therapy, and through Postpartum Support International (PSI) in the recognition and treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs).

I work with adolescents (12+), teens, young adults, and mothers experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm. I have a special passion for maternal mental health, supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum. I am also proud to be a member of the North Houston Birth Professionals directory, collaborating with local birth workers and healthcare providers to help families access trusted, comprehensive support throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
